is delivered, it is considered accepted by the client and cannot be returned like a physical product. Given the custom nature of the services, the following outlines when a service redo or refund may be applicable.
Traditional returns are not applicable to our digital services. Unlike physical products, digital content and services are intangible and immediately consumed upon delivery. Therefore, once a service is completed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged in the conventional sense.
